Wuhan Dolucky Knitwears Co.,Ltd held skills PK competiton on 27th Jul. 2020 .
This year, due to the epidemic, we came to work late, but our employees were very enthusiastic.
In order to improve the skills of employees and create a working atmosphere of mutual learning and mutual PK, this PK competition was held. Nearly 30 employees from various sewing categories participated in this competition. After 6 rounds of fierce competition,3 individual skill kings and 3 comprehensive skill kings were finally selected.A commemorative award is given to each contestant,and the skill king adds a skill level award to each month's salary.After this competition,employees know which processes they have advantages in ,and work more actively.Such competitions will be held frequently in the future work,to discover the greater potential of the staff !
